Several Manhattan collectors, including a SoHo gallerist who asked not to be named, said they booked flights to Amsterdam after seeing early sketches. “There’s an energy to Adam’s work that feels urgent right now,” she said. “He’s not just exporting New York’s cool, he’s exporting its audacity.”
