Market Table, a Chelsea restaurant known for its American cuisine, has launched a new menu centered on local produce. The restaurant’s management said the update aims to highlight ingredients sourced from farms within New York State.
The menu features seasonal vegetables, fruits, and dairy products obtained directly from regional growers. Several dishes include items like Hudson Valley squash, Long Island corn, and dairy from Dutchess County.
Chef Michael Reynolds commented that the new offerings reflect both a commitment to sustainability and a response to customer interest in provenance. The kitchen team has adjusted its preparations to allow the freshness of the local ingredients to be prominent.
Market Table has also updated its wine list to include selections from New York vineyards. The restaurant will continue to adjust the menu as seasonal availability changes throughout the year.
The revamped menu is now available for lunch and dinner service. Market Table remains at 469 West 23rd Street, operating daily from noon to 10 p.m.
